Latitude 10 driver cab and ST2E driver cab broken.

So I was updating the driver to my Latitude 10 and ST2E tablet on my MDT 2012, only to discover that the cab files are broken and fail to read. I tried with the A01 version without troubles, but using this im missing a lot of drivers when I deploy. In the company I work in there is no problems with normal laptop and desktop model, but these tablets is not working with driver installs. Is it possible to get the driver cab files replaces with someone that works. Many thanks.
