Latest Windows 7 Driver packs missing Intel iusb3hcs.inf driver file for Intel Extensible USB 3.0 controller.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share some issues that I've come across with some of the latest driver packs incase others have experienced them and they aren't on Dell's radar.

I've encountered an issue with the latest Precision T3620 and Latitude E5470 driver pack where the driver bundles did not contain the Intel iusb3hcs.inf driver. This resulted in the deployed systems having no working usb connections. 

I've manually stripped out iusb3hub.inf and iusb3xhc.inf, adding all three files from the Intel site download.

For the T3620 driver pack I had to additionally download the Quadro drivers from Nvidia, importing them into my database as a good portion of the driver's files were not present in the cab.
