Issues with the Dell E6420 &M4600 Nvidia Graphics Drivers via Task seq

Hi all wondering if anyone has come across a similar issue before or not.

I have our current XP SP3 32 bit tasksequence running the dell supplied exe for the Nvidia card's using the following switches:-

"setup.exe /s /noreboot /noeula /nofinish"

The task sequence falls over every-time with the same error regarding an invalid cert. I am assuming this it's not complaining of unsigned drivers but I can't find any info on what could be causing this issue?

"The operating system reported error 2148204816: The certificate is not valid for the requested usage."

NB: I already have a driver pack that runs during the install which works fine but I need the Nvidia display utilities and the only way I have been able to get that to work is using the setup.exe. The task sequence fails with the same error for the M4600 in the same manor.

Any help, pointers and or advice would be appreciated.
