Issue with Nvidia driver on E6420

Hi ,

I am imaging a Dell E6420 machine using SCCM 2012 task sequence. I downloaded the driver for this model . Under display adapters I can see Intel HD Graphics driver and NVidia NVS 4200M. But the NVidia driver shows me that " Windows has stopped the because it has reported problem(Code 43).

I tried uninstall and installing it again but no luck ,

Could you suggest how can I fix this issue . this happened on E6420 models . The NVidia driver I installed is the latest version from dell website . the version is 9.18.13.1193
