is there already a reaction / article / advisory from Dell available to react to de Intel SA 00075 properly?

If I'm right - Intel ME Firmware Updates are installed with BIOS Updates?

Should we follow the Intel advisory and disable the LMS service (If ME is not used at this time) or wait for new BIOS versions?

Are there already any official informations from Dell available?
