include fingerprint & backlite in E 6410

I bought a new Latitude E6410 and got cheated by my supplier. He confirmed that it comes with finger print reader and keyboard backlit, but when he delivered these features where missing, i just want to know is it possible fix these two additional features in my laptop and if possible where I have to give my laptop and to whom I have to contact in this regards. Please anyone suggest me a wise idea.

I know that the backlit keyboard if field replaceable and the finger print reader should be also. Our Technical Support team can assist you with getting them replaced. Here is a link to their contact page.
