I'm confused by the version releases of the W7 Optiplex 7010 driver CABs. Can someone please clarify? Check this page and look at the current and previous versions -
1.0 A02 released 3/28/2013
1.0 A03 released 5/29/2013
1.0 A02 (current release) released 7/29/2013
I want to use the most up to date versions of drivers. Why did the versioning of the CAB go from A03 down to A02? Which is the most up to date?

Yes, there was a versioning issue with that CAB, you can see the comparison between the current and the previous CAB here -> en.community.dell.com/.../3696.optiplex-7010-windows-7-driver-cab.aspx
