HOW TO UNLOCK MY DELL STREAK PRO GS01 PHONE

Dear Sir / Ma,

I recently bought my Dell Streak Pro GS01 android phone which I passworded to prevent any unauthorised access but afterwards couldn't have access to the phone.The deatails on the phone are 90H02772-00M Rev.A and CN-0JPG21-60561-221-0357-A00.

Kindly assist with the codes to unlock the phone or reset to factory settings.
