How can I enable "Above 4G Decoding" on a Dell Precision 7920 Workstation?

I'm trying to install an Nvidia P40 card on my workstation but can't find the option to enable "Above 4G Decoding" in the BIOS, which I believe is disabled by default.

Please advise.
