Hello

I'll love to get some help with my dell system upgrade. I've trying to upgrade my Dell INSIPRON mini. It been show a upgrade alert
My PC for some days now. I'll love to if it safe to upgrade and how to go about it. I'll also need your help with my activation code which is
needed along side with the upgrade.

I'll appreciate your help in any way.
