Heads-up if you're using McAfee Drive Encryption with 7000 or 5000 series Latitudes

Short version is that if the system is set up for Legacy boot, MDE will not function properly and the system will not boot once encrypted. Supposedly, it will work when in UEFI mode but I'm still in the process of confirming that. 

Between this problem, bad network drivers, and even hardware that uses drivers which cannot be installed normally as part of an OS deployment, I'm going to need to triple my beer budget for the month to keep my sanity.
