Fingerprint on Latitude E7440

Dear all,

I've a Dell Latitude E7440 with a fingerprint sensor under a company Windows 7 643 bit image installation. I've installed the Dell Data Protection | Security Tools Dell Data Protection package however I don't see how to enroll the fingerprint sensor to logon to windows.

I see under the control panel-> Hardware and sound-> biiometric devices->Use fingerprint with windows, that the Broadcom FMA (Fingerprint Management Applications) windows appears with the message: "The Windows Biometric  Framework is not enabled. Please exit this application, enable Windows Biometric Framework and restart the application"

How can I enable the Windows Biometric Framework ??
