erroe handle

I just replace my windows to windows 8, and when I starup my computer I recive the message

"error handle"

already tried to uninstall the ff_protection and it doesn't work,

also the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager is not working,

maybe is because is not compatible to windows 8 yet?
