E7470 Bitlocker Recovery Key on every startup
We have the new Latitude E7470 that come with TPM 2.0 that has been imaged to Windows 10 using SCCM 2012. The image was successful but when bitlocker is enabled and the drive is encrypted, as soon as we restart the laptop bitlocker asks for the recovery key.
The laptop is running the latest version of BIOS (1.4.2)
How does one resolve this problem.

I have not tried that. I did however try to downgrade TPM 2.0 to TPM 1.2 using the using Dell Downgrade
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=F3J3P
I followed the steps and downgraded TPM. Once downgraded, I enabled bitlocker encryption. Once that was done, I wasnt experiencing problems whenever I started the computer where it was asking for the recovery key.
What would cause TPM 2.0 to cause this problem where whenever you restart the computer it asks for a recovery key.

While on TPM 2.0 did you try to suspend BitLocker, reboot, log back in and resume BitLocker? What happens then when you reboot the machine in regards to Recovery Key?
