E6420 E6320 can anyone PXE boot on a gigabit switch?

We just upgraded our lab to run at 1 gb, and are finding that the new laptops are unable to PXE boot at that speed. Earlier laptops and desktops have no problem. We don't even get a DHCP address, Its not a PortFast issue, and we only see it on these models. They almost immediately give a media test failure Check Cable error.

They run fine at 1 gb, just can't PXE boot. has anyone else noticed this?

Dell engineering determined it was the boot agent firmware, and it is fixed on the E6320A05.exe and E6420A05.exe bios updates. - i'm still waiting for a fix for the same problem on an Optiplex 790.
