E5430 How do I clear the TPM chip remotely?

Hi All

So when I image a laptop using windows PE I would like to "Clear" the TPM chip.  This is so that if the laptop is being given to a new user they will get the recovery keys and the device will be assigned to them etc.  Dell Client Configuration Utility etc do not have that option, only enable and disable.  Any thoughts?
