Disable/Delete driver for touch screen on E7240

As we are not moving to Windows 8 at this time, management wants us to disable the touchscreen in Windows 7 for all our new E7240s.

I cannot find a specific driver for it, so I can remove it from the SCCM driver package.

In Device Manager all its listed as is a standard "HID-compliant device," with no information on what specific driver is used.

Can anyone tell me how I can found out which specific driver it's using?

Thanks!

I'm not familiar with SCCM but is there a way to have the config just disable the device on the system? The benefits we saw by doing this was the following 1. Solves the 'touch settings per user' issue 2. The login/logout screens are also not touch enabled after it was disabled. 3. 'Windows Security button' additional text on the Cntrl+Alt+Del Login and Locked Screen.

After installing our Windows 7 image onto our new E7240s, I went to program and features and check marked Tablet PC Components. So uncheck mark that.
