Dell Precision T3600: 1 SDD boot and 2 HDD data, is this possible ?

The T3600 with the Perc 310H, and currently one 250Gb HDD.  I want to clone the 250 to an SSD and add two 2 TB (WD Red) drives, with the 2 TB in RAID 1 for data drives.

What is needed to do this?  Is it possible?  What is the easiest way to do this?
