dell precision M3800 cable replacement

Hello

I am facing a problem with an internal cable located over the Mini SSD drive inside Dell M3800  precision that requires replacement .

Please can you tell me if i can buy this cable online the cable is very important in order to have the internal wireless work (it connects the main board with the wireless board and the cable is not okay )

there is QR logo at that cable with this decoded code :- TW0K036WGAFC13A861CEA00
