Dell Precision and UEFI BIOS

I am attempting to use SCCM 2012 R2 for my Windows 8.1 OS deployment and i am running into a major snag when trying to install the Dell Precision drivers. I have downloaded the driver cabs for the Precision M6800 system. I then created a driver package for the drivers that exist in the M6800 driver cab file. When i test out the process my installation fails after I install the drivers. The error that I get is “Windows could not configure one or more system components” and the system keeps rebooting. Right now my Precision systems are configured with the legacy BIOS. is there any requirement that i need to enable the UEFI BIOS for this to work?
