Dell Latitude E6420 and E6230 Missing drivers

Hi,

  I have download all osd drivers for these models E6420 and E6230 for windows 7x64 bit.

When reimage complete, on E6420 has xlamation sign on TPM and E6230 has USB\UNKNOW.

Couldn't figure it what driver needed even i had download cab drivers for OSD deployment.

Can anyone help me to right driver.
