Dell E7470 (windows 7): fingerprint reader has no management application installed

I want to be able to logon to windows 7 using fingerprint. I has update the firmware (Dell support > security), but the biometric device is still in "not enrolled" state (fingerprint reader has no management application installed). Can somebody help me?
