DELL E6410 POWER MANAGER / PLAN

i own a Latitude E6410 which i upgraded the hard drive. i have installed all drivers and new OS with no problems, i just want to know if it is possible to download and enable smart energy power plan and if possible how to find the link, as i can not find it on dell website. running windows 7 Enterprise 64bit. thanks for any help or if you can let me know the best power plan or power manager to use and where to down load it from thanks

the power settings are a part of the Operating System in Control Panel > Power Options. You can configure it to be as power efficient as necessary from there.
