Dell Command Update - Times out and Error (502) Bad Gateway

I'm getting an increasing number of downloads timing out in Dell Command Update v2.4.0 (still on this version for the Windows 7 support, even though we use this version on both Win7 and Win10).

I've had the same problem.  If I run command update several times, it will work sometimes. It's quite annoying.
