Dell Command | Update Application Errors

Good Morning All,

I was originally coming here looking for a specific answer to a specific question, but then came to realize that there is need for a more general discussion. I haven't yet been able to find this, so please correct me if I am wrong, but I think we all need to see a list of Dell Command | Update Application Errors, their meaning, the cause, and the solution.

Today I came across the following error in the activity log:

GUI-UVM17
updatePackages
Parameter name: No packages found to process

The first thing I did was search for "GUI-UVM17." This returned results, but for something different. It had to do with an ftp connection to Dell servers or something to that effect.

A few days ago I had run the utility and it wanted to install a Bluetooth driver and a BIOS update. As far as I knew it was all done. Today, when I booted up my laptop, Dell Command | Update opened on it's own and stated it was finishing an installation and then erred out with the above message.

As much as I would like a straight answer to the error message I received, I would be more grateful for a list of all the errors. It would be a great resource. Either way please help however you can.
