I have Dell Optiplex 790 Desktop PC, the PC does boot until all I unplug the USB keyboard and replace it with a PS2 keyboard.
it shows this message:
Alert! Air temperature sensor not detected.
Alert! CPU 0 fan failure
Alert! Hard drive fan Failure
Alert! Keyboard initialization failure.
To continue press F1 key
To change setup option press F2 key
To run on board diagnostic press F5 key
None of the keys respond on initial boot.
I removed the USB keyboard, and replaced with a PS2 keyboard and it booted successfully; then i plugged in USB keyboard and it worked. every time i started my PC i have to do same procedure.
I cannot reset bios settings are reset it. because i am not able to do anything on startup
Please assist me. There are other users of this PC that are not able to go through this procedure at each boot.

Change the CMOS battery.
Afterwards the error messages as all the strange problems with keyboard unplugging/plugging disappeard with our Optiplex 790 client.
