Command Intel vPro Out of Band plugin database not updating

Is anyone aware of a solution for the Dell Command Intel vPro Out of Band plugin database not updating? I ask because my client list in the vPro plugin is not updating with newly provisioned systems. I've tried reinstalling the suite, reprovisioning my systems, and manually deleting the old entries for the corresponding SCCM systems. Once I deleted the old entries from the database, I was left with a blank list, but it still won't update. Is this a known error, with a good work around?

Any information about where the database is kept or how I can completely remove the software and the database would be appreciated.
