BSOD with Dell Wifi 1506 Cards

I'm seeing a BSOD on both XPS 13 and Latitude E7450 running the currently released driver for the DW1506 cards on both Windows 8.1 x64 and Windows 7 sp1 x64. 

Uninstalling the driver immediately resolves the issue. To rule out other problems, we did a clean install of Win 7 on one and installed every driver except for the DW1506. After leaving the machine on for three days with sleep disabled, no BSOD. On the same system, we got a crash within 30 minutes of installing the WiFi/Bluetooth driver.
