booturl attribute config support from WinPE

Hi, I am using the Dell Command Configure utility ("Dell-Command-Configure-Application_TJ7VC_WIN_4.11.1.48_A00") to set few BIOS attributes from WinpE, When i try to set the https boot url using  command "cctk.exe --httpsbooturl=https://192.168.1.5/boot.efi", i get a error saying "usage error", does dell command configure utility supports configuring https boot url when boot mode is set to manual...? I see the option is available from bios setup using F12, user can select the manual mode and enter the http boot url in the text box. But i need this booturl attribute to be set using cctk.exe from WinPE. Can anyone please let me know if this is supported today or there is any other dell tool that i am suppose to use.
