Any structure to ftp.dell.com's folder system for driver & firmware updates?
Navigating around the site is fine, if you have a web browser to do so, but the folder system doesn't make too much sense to me. It looks like every single file has been placed in a folder (named /1/, /2/, /3/, etc.) and then that folder will be the only one inside /FOLDER01234567M/ or something.
So, say i'm a linux user, and I want to update my BIOS version, but I only have terminal access. I have to go:
wget ftp.dell.com/FOLDER0XXXXXXXM/2/name_of_file_here.BIN and whatever those Xs are, i have no idea unless I would navigate the site in a browser itself. Why wouldn't the path be something like:
ftp.dell.com/PowerEdge/r720/BIOS/latest/BIOS_XXXXX_LN32.BIN ?
or am i missing something and the folder system that currently exists is sensible and i'm missing the pattern?
