Account Center will not turn on Inspiron all in one
The error message from security goes on and says to turn on account center, it will not turn on. Also the version to windows 8, 8.1 will not download Are they related, what could cause the security account not to turn on when indicated?

Is your workstation controlled in a corporate environment? This feature may be controlled via Group Policy, typically found in a corporate environment.
