Unable to install Dell Command Update 5.5.0 on Windows 11 .net4.8 not found

In the company we usually format the PCs and reinstall them from scratch.

We install Windows 11 from a pendrive created with media creation tool.

The setup of Dell Command Update 5.5.0. fails due to the lack of .net 4.8.
Windows 11 already contains .net 4.8.1 integrated
The setup fails even if we install a more updated version of .net.

We always have to fight with Windows to upgrade .net and then remove the 4.8.1 version and force the 4.8 that command update likes.

Can you release a Command Update update that works on Windows 11 24H2 without going crazy with .net?
