DSIA in WinPE to query for connected Dell dock

No problem query for a connected dock in Windows using the guide in this article

But how do I query for an connected dock when running in WinPE (as part of an SCCM OSD TS)?

Beacuse WinPE dosent allow the installation of an MSI i tried to import and register the mof, dlls and so on that came from the DSIA-installation on the Windows-host but with no luck.

Is there a way to solve my dilemma?
