Dell Dynamic Tuning Technology Device Extension Component

We have been tracking a spam of information level events in the event log across the organization for some time now. These events occur on devices domain joined and not domain joined and the events appear connected to the DTT/Innovation Platform Framework drivers.

Many thousands of these messages appear every day:

After troubleshooting we were able to cease the messages by applying a updated version of this DTT driver. We downloaded the driver from the Dell website, but it was not a version available for any of our laptops with the event spam.

Would someone from Dell be able to shed some light on these messages and their interaction with the IPF? Our concern is that these drivers may be throttling the CPU frequency due to a mismatch of configuration.
