Dell Command Update Scheduled update trigger

I'm trying to get DCU deployed in our envirinment but the issue is that others in the organization are weary of another agent running in the background and slowing systems down which is completely understandable. In order to proceed I need to find out what the service or agent is that runs in the background which tells DCU to start up and perform the scan, this way I can show that by having DCU installed the amount of systems resources being consumed are minimal if not negligable.
