Dell Command Update 5.5.0 not updating the History or Activity Logs

I've noticed that after installing version 5.5.0, neither the Update History nor the Activity Log is being updated.  This morning, after the program installed several updates, including a BIOS update, no changes were recorded, despite the updates being successful.  Has anyone noticed this problem, and can anyone offer a solution?  By the way, I have already removed and reinstalled the application, and nothing has changed.
