Adding pc's to intune

We have 80+ pc's that we ordered. I've been speaking with support about adding the devices to intune autopilot. 

However Dell support keeps telling me that we need to get the hardware hashes ourselves. And then we have to add the hashes ourselves. When I know that Dell can add them to intune for us. Using the oem partner relationship. 

Can I please get some help/guidance here? I have the order number.
