Absolute Resiliance
I have received an email stating I have purchased the Absolute Resilience software when I have not.
The order number exists in the Dell system but I cannot access it as my email address does not match the email address used to place the order.
I have tried to contact a human over the phone but have been totally frustrated by the telephony menu.
Please let me know how I can talk to Dell so that we can resolve this error.
