Support case: 957997332. Service tag: 1N3RD5J. MD3200i

There were unreadable sectors. After support investigation were detected 2 (two) HDD with errors. Firstly have replace one. It state is Optimal but RAID 5 rebuild was not started and still is Degraded. Now second HDD is in Impending failure state. There is spare HDD defined but is not in use. Can someone contact me pls to define next steps to do?
