Problems with PowerEdge R720

Hi,

I'm having several problems with a PowerEdge R720 with Service Tag XXXX. Two disks of a RAID 5 are having problems and RAID Controller needs a firmware upgrade. Also the bateries need a firmware upgrade.

Dell sent me two disks for the replacement but I need you to analyze the DSET information and suggest an action plan. After that I will need a budget to carry out the action plan.
