PowerEdge T420 HDD Faulty
We have a Dell PowerEdge T420 that shipped in 2012 with 2 x 1TB SATA drives running off the motherboard RAID. In November 2013 the server was upgraded with a Dell PERC H710 RAID controller and 2 x Dell 300GB SAS 15K drives (part number: 400-19732.)
The server warranty expired in Sep 2015.
One of the SAS drives is showing a predictive failure, and I have some questions:
1. If we renewed the server warranty, would we be able to get the SAS drive replaced under this cover?
2. If the SAS drives are not covered by the server warranty, what is the length of warranty on the drives e.g. 1 year, 3 year?
3. If there is no warranty cover for the SAS drives, can we purchase a replacement from Dell?

Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting the dedicated Out of Warranty forum for PowerEdge products. We have sent you a private message on the forum in order to get the Service Tag of your PowerEdge Server.
Kind Regards,

I still haven't received a private message yet? When are you likely to send it?

I did send the TAG in reply to the Email I received, but haven't had a response to that either.
