PowerEdge T310 Faulty Tape Drive
Hi,
We purchased an out of warranty repair in October 2015 to replace a faulty tape drive in a T310 server. 3 months after the tape drive was replaced it failed again so you kindly replaced it again. Six months later the second replacement failed. At this point I was informed that it isn't under warranty so will need to purchase another one.
I called Dell today for a quote and they told me to post here for an answer. I believe the last two tapes drive you installed we reconditioned. Can you supply a quote for a new drive and installation please?
