PowerEdge R720 No Power after a BIOS Update

Hi Dear,

I have upgraded the R720 BIOS from 1.1.2 to 2.5.4, then I got a the message,

Warning! Power management firmware initialization error.

Disconnect and reconnect system input power.

Sktrike the F1 key to continue, F2 to return to the system setup program.

After this I press F1, tried to update again the server for any other missing firmwares, but then the system turned of by itself and I cant turn it on anymore.

At the moment all I see is the flashing green tick using the idrac gui that goes on green and goes grey agian and so on.

Shall I remove the power cords from the PSUs to resolve this? any ideas?

Ps: I have the server in other location, so I need to make sure the actions before excecuting any.

Best regards,

Carlos P.
