PowerEdge 2900 Physical Disk failed

Need quotation for fix this problem that most probably will be replacing the failure disk with SN: 3QN2NFA6

follow events from server:

2334  Mon Nov 28 10:28:16 2016  Storage Service  Controller event log: State change on PD 05(e0x20/s5) from UNCONFIGURED_GOOD(0) to UNCONFIGURED_BAD(1): Controller 1 (PERC 6/i Integrated)
