Controller battery needs to be replaced on an Out of warranty server. Urgent Quote required
I am writing on behalf of my customer based in Italy, in regards to the below message displayed on the DELL R710 server ; according to the message controller battery needs to be replaced.
Can you please prepare a quote including part and engineer visit (in case we need assistance on site).
Detailed information and DSET logs from the server can be supplied if needed.
