Cannot upgrade Dell PERC 5/x Integrated Adapter Firmware Update on Poweredge 2900

I have been trying to upgrade the PERC 5/i RAID adaptor firmware on a Dell Poweredge 2900 with the following package - SAS-RAID_Firmware_WJG5R_WN32_5.2.2-0072_A08. The problem I am having is that when I run the package I get the following error: "The update package is running on an unsupported new operating system. Do you want to continue?". I am running Windows Server 2012 this was the package that was listed for this OS - do you have any idea what may the cause of this issue?
