Protecting the clock in compliance mode namespace

This question is best asked by using the following scenario:

I own and administer an ECS appliance in my data center.

On January 5th, 2018, I write the file filename.txt to a compliance namespace on my appliance and set its retention for 1 year.

On January 6th, 2018, I set the system clock on my ECS appliance to noon on January 6th, 2019.

Having set the clock as described, is there anything that prevents me from deleting filename.txt?
