ECS Test Plan for ISV's

We have a couple applications we would like to test with ECS. 
Is there a test plan you provide that we can complete a self test. or do we simply provide our own testing results in some sort of summary format? 

We have downloaded the latest ECS and are preparing to set up an environment soon.
