ECS Community Edition
ECS Community Edition -- latest version
Everything works fine for 30 mins or so
I can create buckets on the ECS console
Browsing using S3 browser I can see the buckets and add files
After 30 minutes
I cant access the buckets from S3 browser -- I cant add files --
When I look at the ECS_IP:9101 -- I see the error message [urn:storageos:OwnershipInfo:38cf70ef-933e-4f35-b617-d5bf665bdbff_063bf780-6ff6-4152-8ce9-1fb531543c8b_OB_29_32_0:, urn:storageos:OwnershipInfo:38cf70ef-933e-4f35-b617-d5bf665bdbff_063bf780-6ff6-4152-8ce9-1fb531543c8b_OB_19_32_0:,
When I execute grep_log.sh - I get the following error message
Error while executing script:
Cleaning up older output files
Grepping logs @ /opt/storageos/logs
/opt/storageos/logs /
Grep output @ /greplogs_output.grep
mkdir: cannot create directory '/greplogs_output.grep': Permission denied
When I look at Advance Monitoring I get the error 502 Bad Gateway
Any ideas
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your question. It seems like something is timing out and then denying access.
Try running the following commands:
service-console run Health_Check
sudo -i xdoctor --hr
#https://dell.to/3YGoShG -summary
# kpi.sh -summary -cas
These documents may also help. https://dell.to/3YO1fE3 https://dell.to/3Jg42jt https://dell.to/402dr4Y
