ECS Community Edition License?

I am testing ECS Community Edition v3.1.0.2 and v 3.1.0.3 All-in-one Single node OVA downloaded from https://github.com/EMCECS/ECS-CommunityEdition/releases

Documentation says: "Input License:

Open Settings, then Licensing and upload the license.xml file located in the ecs-single-node / ecs-multi-node folder."

In the OVA deployed there is no folder like - ecs-single-node / ecs-multi-node and no where I can find this license.xml file on that VM or the downloaded bundle.

Anyone using ECS Community Edition let me know from where I can get the license.xml file?
